Pros
Very few. Bonuses are good, are good but they hold it over your head all year. They make it seem like you owe them the world for it instead of "good job, you earned it."Safety Bingo.
Cons
All take and no give. Cliquish. They promote the puppets which leads to untrained ABMs who tell you how to do your job from an email and don't know the departments. The only time you're a manager is when something goes wrong. If someone quits, gets fired or gets stabbed in the store, they won't replace them for months to save on labor, forcing everyone else to pick up the slack. We've worked a 6-7 person department with 3 people so many times I can't even count. They won't repair any faulty equipment that is crucial to your performance or even if it creates a safety hazard. They take better care of the customers than they do their employees, because they're only looking after that almighty dollar. The offer advancement, but it may be better if you're single or willing to move around a lot. This company thrives on shipping people around like pawns in chess.
