Pros

there are alot of good people there working as customer service agents, they have some good supervisors that are very good at coaching and giving feedback on your calls recongnizing the bad and good aspects of your calls

Cons

They are very disorganized they set rules that they only apply to the people that abide by them and there are way to many that do not. They waste alot of time in training on trivial things that do not help on the call floor

Flex schedule and Daily Pay options

Cons

Metrics are tied to commissions and top agents are leaving Leadership keeps changing, the new commission targets are impossible to hit, and management only answers when it's convenient for them
