Pros

Consistent work available. More cons- Favoritism Lack of respect from higher management Work schedule switching constantly. I had three different schedules within a 4 month period.

Cons

Inconsistent with pay. Technical difficulties. No training on specific procedures preferred by clients. Penalized regardless of notice given for absence.

Flex schedule and Daily Pay options

Cons

Metrics are tied to commissions and top agents are leaving Leadership keeps changing, the new commission targets are impossible to hit, and management only answers when it's convenient for them
