Pros

Easy money, some agents were better at training than the trainer.

Cons

Training on paper is not near enough to prepare you for certificate not to mention what your trained to do is not the case in call center. Higher ups could care less but claim to have open doors.

Flex schedule and Daily Pay options

Cons

Metrics are tied to commissions and top agents are leaving Leadership keeps changing, the new commission targets are impossible to hit, and management only answers when it's convenient for them
