The benefits are good as for the HMO and pay is always on time

Cons

The management needs more improvement. Everyone has to be professional and employee voice should be heard. If you are someone with call center experience - I would advise you to go to other companies

Flex schedule and Daily Pay options

Cons

Metrics are tied to commissions and top agents are leaving Leadership keeps changing, the new commission targets are impossible to hit, and management only answers when it's convenient for them
