This is my first center. So im very thankful for the opportunity given. The learning and experiences are priceless. It allows me to confident. And boost my esteem. I had a new career in life. Had new friends. And was able to support my family.
Cons
These may differ from LOB's no fix monthy incentives. And now on my TELCO account its so hard to get the P4P. No increase yearly as what they had promised at the begining of hire.
