Pros include good entry level call center job.

Cons

Downside is that they lied about the commission. They cut hours after guaranteeing 40 hours a week. And they do not work with schedules very well.

Cons

Metrics are tied to commissions and top agents are leaving Leadership keeps changing, the new commission targets are impossible to hit, and management only answers when it's convenient for them
