-Training programs had LOTS of issues -Pay still on the low end for the workload -Will hire ANYBODY (multiple people in training class that had never worked on a PC before), which kills the training flow -Required to come into brick-and-mortar location if their systems go down (which counts against your attendance, regardless of how far away you live) -Required to run a virtual desktop inside of another virtual desktop on YOUR desktop. Even with Gig ethernet, the lag made most things unusable
