The trainers, training, systems, payroll 1. There have been many pay discrepancies since I started here. I was between this and UNUM and unfortunately chose the WRONG employer. 2. The trainers are so nasty. They ask a question and cut you off before you can even answer. Their tone is almost like we should know this. Because there are so many systems to train on, we asked to see the process from start to finish. Instead of trying to understand what we were requesting, this trainer made a huge point of showing this isnt a "playground". Whos playing? We are trying to learn. 3. The equipment and systems rarely run correctly 4. All of that to again have issues being paid.

Flex schedule and Daily Pay options

Cons

Metrics are tied to commissions and top agents are leaving Leadership keeps changing, the new commission targets are impossible to hit, and management only answers when it's convenient for them
