Pros

The lunch only good thing it is a hr

Cons

Work hrs are extremely long like who want to sit in front of a computer all day! In the beginning they said they had part time options, well that's not true . Feel like this should be a 8hr shift I am calling people that already been called. They constantly want you dialing, if you step away for a sec they down your throat . They need to care more about their employees and change their long shift schedule then maybe so many people wouldn't quit.

Flex schedule and Daily Pay options

Cons

Metrics are tied to commissions and top agents are leaving Leadership keeps changing, the new commission targets are impossible to hit, and management only answers when it's convenient for them
