Pros
relative low stress environment Their goals are to keep your call volume low. Not "just right." They make money by being available. So they aren't going to force you to go home just because there is a 10 minute wait between phone calls
Cons
Their health insurance options are a joke. nearly 4000 dollar "co-pay" that has to be reached per month before they help, and then only helping at 50% It's hard to move up in the company, and your quality of service on the call is what your supervisor says it is. The requirements for each call is a very vague guideline that is often open to interpretation by the supervisor
