Pros

Great global reach, focused on driving PM% through all avenues. Consistently innovating at agent level to address common BPO issues

Cons

Domestic support team has become so remote, we are disconnected from each other. Central, consistent processes are either nonexistent or hard to find. Because employment in the US is far more costly than off or near-shore options, there's a constant sense of unease and fear of eventual cost-cutting.

Flex schedule and Daily Pay options

Cons

Metrics are tied to commissions and top agents are leaving Leadership keeps changing, the new commission targets are impossible to hit, and management only answers when it's convenient for them
