      Pros

      There are no pros other than a pay check. This is the worst place I have ever worked. Management is a joke.

      Cons

      Pay, incentives are a joke, impossible expectations, no room to advance, "upper management" doesn't know you exist, the company doesn't care if you're sick or you have sick kids. Extremely high turn over rate.

      Flex schedule and Daily Pay options

      Cons

      Metrics are tied to commissions and top agents are leaving Leadership keeps changing, the new commission targets are impossible to hit, and management only answers when it's convenient for them
