Cons
Worst VPs and directors that have no clue about the businesses they support. They only care about numbers which are sourced from flawed reports. The company is a joke and will crash and burn one day and will get liquidated. Overworked for little pay. Managers get paid only a few dollars more that supervisors and phone agents. This place does not care about its people from a corporate perspective. They know someone else will take the job and do what they need for little money. Low budget company with only the people at the top making the big bucks. Most of the directors and VPs are rejects from larger companies. This company is run by idiots. The ceo is not American and only cares about off shore endeavors. Waste of life and not worth it unless you are desperate for a job. The literally hire and rehire anyone. The management Hierarchy is an absolute joke with so many middle managers. Nobody knows what’s going on. Everyone gives different directions. It’s like working at a place in the world of the Idiocracy movie.
