Pros

The only pro was being able to work from home.

Cons

Training was completely disorganized. Spent a whole week in break out rooms learning nothing. Systems were always down. Half the modules were outdated so we skipped them. They say they have an open door policy but truly don't. The pay was $13/hr, not enough to live on by yourself!

Flex schedule and Daily Pay options

Cons

Metrics are tied to commissions and top agents are leaving Leadership keeps changing, the new commission targets are impossible to hit, and management only answers when it's convenient for them
