It’s a job. Great foot in the door.

Cons

Pay could be better. Pto structure isn’t the greatest. Don’t get comfortable in one campaign. You will be floating between multiple campaigns based on business needs. Company recently went through layoffs so I wouldn’t get too comfortable.

Flex schedule and Daily Pay options

Cons

Metrics are tied to commissions and top agents are leaving Leadership keeps changing, the new commission targets are impossible to hit, and management only answers when it's convenient for them
