      It was kinda nice to work from home.

      Cons

      This started out as a good place to work. There was room for advancement and growth. Over the past two years this company has gone down hill. From the top down, those in charge, disrespect, manipulate and lie to their employees.

      Flex schedule and Daily Pay options

      Cons

      Metrics are tied to commissions and top agents are leaving Leadership keeps changing, the new commission targets are impossible to hit, and management only answers when it's convenient for them
