The Retool product is technically fun to work on, highly impactful, and loved by customers. Lots of optimism towards the future, which is especially important with the current market downturn. It seems like Retool is a great bet for a SAAS startup. - WLB is what you make it. Because there's a huge opportunity, some people choose to work more than the 9-5 - Still in the startup mindset to move fast. now that the company is maturing, it's time to slow down a bit
