Pros

Revalize is a newly-formed company, bringing 5 software companies together. It will end up being great, but it's going to be messy.

Cons

As part of the consolidation, they are letting some amazing talent slip through their fingers. They should at least understand the disadvantage they are putting the remaining employees at by letting such talent go.

Pros

Lots of international travel, though unless you're C-suite it'll be in economy.

Cons

Lots of "not for me but for thee" level of pettiness to rules, policies, and attitudes among senior leadership. They're more than happy to talk up opportunity and culture and then immediately turn around and ignore it all in favor of their self-serving needs.
