I recently joined Revalize, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Initially, I had reservations about joining the company due to the negative reviews I encountered. However, my experience has been nothing short of fantastic. The recruitment process was engaging and thorough, giving me a clear understanding of the company and its values. From my first interaction with the team, I felt welcomed and valued.

Cons

I understand that M&A processes are always challenging, but I believe that change management could be smoother and more communication across teams could be encouraged.

Pros

Lots of international travel, though unless you're C-suite it'll be in economy.

Cons

Lots of "not for me but for thee" level of pettiness to rules, policies, and attitudes among senior leadership. They're more than happy to talk up opportunity and culture and then immediately turn around and ignore it all in favor of their self-serving needs.
