Pros

Outside of it being fully remote, there are not many pros at all.

Cons

They use a Private Equity Strategy "HIPO" Model. Do not be fooled by this High Potential lingo they dish out to you. They say they want to unlock your potential and that you will be rewarded via a meritocracy. This is just nice language they use in hiring and orientation to hook you. The reality is they pay low-end salaries with very little room for improvement in salary annually, They expect you to work long hours and have zero work life balance (even in this remote environment), They do not even invest in tools that equip team members to be effective. Everything they invest in for the most part is bottom of the barrel tools (i.e cheap and within the aggressive budget they set) that they expect you to "make do" with and grind to make the results happen at the expense of your mental health. I am being serious when I say this company led me into a deep depression and I am so happy to be rid of the mentality they try to force on you. Would highly recommend avoiding Revalize at all costs unless you are a workaholic that enjoys mediocre pay only propped up by some nice words and false promises of "moving up in your career".

Pros

Lots of international travel, though unless you're C-suite it'll be in economy.

Cons

Lots of "not for me but for thee" level of pettiness to rules, policies, and attitudes among senior leadership. They're more than happy to talk up opportunity and culture and then immediately turn around and ignore it all in favor of their self-serving needs.
