Pros

Entirely remote first with no pressure ever to be in a specific location. Great people. Good base salary.

Cons

Constant changes in process without warning or documentation. Constantly moving the goal posts to get ahead. No path to promotions. Refusal to promote internally. Lack of testing before implementing new systems.

Pros

Lots of international travel, though unless you're C-suite it'll be in economy.

Cons

Lots of "not for me but for thee" level of pettiness to rules, policies, and attitudes among senior leadership. They're more than happy to talk up opportunity and culture and then immediately turn around and ignore it all in favor of their self-serving needs.
