Pros
- Remote work - some people are nice (but i’ve also encountered my fair share of rude and idiotic coworkers here as well so it’s a mixed bag)
Cons
- highly disorganized from the top down - significantly lower than average pay - constant turnover (multiple managers and team members left within a year) - leadership has absolutely no idea what they are doing - teams are not equipped with the proper tools/technology to do their jobs - some tools are actually broken and do not work. employees have complained about this numerous times and management doesn’t do anything about it because they want to save money! - departments are not on the same page - no good benefits - constant useless meetings that are a waste of time - no promotions. people have been here over 3 years with no promotions or significant salary increases - poor company outlook from management - leadership does NOT listen to employees - leadership would rather save money by using this is by far the most frustrating company I’ve ever worked for. avoid at all costs!
