- Great team! Opportunity to meet and work with people from different cultures. - Opportunity to create a real bank by yourself - Mostly easy readable and understandable code
Cons
Usual (not critical in my opinion) startup cons like: - Higher responsibility for your own contribution/your own code - Rapid changes in business requirements - New features and delivery speed have higher priorities than some necessary improvements of current ones
