The company is very focused on delivering results, and it’s motivating to see the company grow, reach major milestones, and achieve ambitious goals. Being part of that journey is genuinely rewarding and keeps motivation high. There is also a strong culture of ownership and trust. People are given real responsibility and are expected to take initiative, which makes the work meaningful. At the same time there is a lot of flexibility. The company is remote-first and teams are very international, so you end up working with colleagues from all over the world, which is another great aspect of the experience. There are probably many other positive aspects I haven’t even mentioned, but overall it’s a great place for people who want to learn, take ownership, and be part of a company that is growing fast and achieving big things.
