Pros
It used to be a really great company
Cons
Pay restructure - people with least time in the company got the biggest pay raise. People with the most time in got zero raise. Essentially making everyone pretty much equal. Almost everyone that has written a review on Glassdoor in the last 12-18 months (except for the fake reviews) have mentioned workload is not managible in its current state. Get ready for an additional increase in workload because they gave most TMs this “raise”. I have been through 3 pay adjustments with no increases in pay. And shortly after the pay is implemented, the workload gets to a level where people still end up quitting due to the stress of trying to obtain unrealistic expectations. Management keeps stressing they have reduced our workloads but in actuality they have increased 3 times. It shows the disconnect management has with reality. Our call visits are a very watered down version of their expectations of a category advisor should be. These days we only have enough time to walk in, check code dates and leave. No more discussions on driving the category. We are only telling them go pick up items A,B and C because if you don’t I am forced to cancel your contract without time for further explanation. 2019 will be know as the year of hell. Based on history, the company will dump so much work on the TMs, it will not matter how much of a raise people get. They will simply just leave like before. I hope the company proves me wrong, but you cannot ignore history.
