My biggest qualms with RJRT is that without Territory managers the company would be sunk. TM’s are the workforce that keeps the company alive and, in general, we are treated like crap. They recently did a salary review but couldn’t even match our direct competitors pay. We are expected to do the impossible on a daily basis while our superiors sit at home all day barking out orders via email. They will tell you it’s not a difficult job, and if you are just looking at it on paper it’s not. But, trust me, it is. It’s physically, mentally, and emotionally tolling and we don’t even get fairly compensated for the abuse.
