The management. I was hired to a role and I was told how critical it was and the ceo was invested and it had so much growth. And a month in the got ride of me to have software do my job. Even after I inquired about using software in the role during the interview. Cost me another job offer I should have taken before hand. Bottom line. These people dont baited me in to fill their need and threw me out like trash once they didnt need me.
