      The management. I was hired to a role and I was told how critical it was and the ceo was invested and it had so much growth. And a month in the got ride of me to have software do my job. Even after I inquired about using software in the role during the interview. Cost me another job offer I should have taken before hand. Bottom line. These people dont baited me in to fill their need and threw me out like trash once they didnt need me.

      Having to leave. My schedule didn't allow me to continue working here and I was so disappointed to let the job go.
