Pros
Overall, Rho is great. Always had a good work-life balance, and it's a family-friendly environment. Also have flexibility and the ability to work remotely when necessary (and sometimes on a regular basis). Great benefits, pay, and PTO. Employees are intelligent, friendly, and helpful. There are regular food trucks, a walking trail, and an overall laid-back work environment. Flexibility in career path.
Cons
*Sometimes* slow to promote internally; external hires often have less experience than their internal, more junior counterpart. Not enough formal training for some roles and sometimes poor workload distribution (often due to the lack of training and the more experienced employees making up for those unable to contribute effectively). Laid-back environment can make it easy for less motivated people to perform poorly with sometimes little consequence. Not every department is represented by management. That said, no company is perfect and the grass is always greener on the other side. Pros easily outweigh cons in my opinion.
