      Lots of meetings work can get dry Promotes according to timelines, doesn't leave room from merit based promotions, can only promote on-time or behind schedule if under-performing.

      Pros

      Rho is an awesome place to work. The team you are assigned can impact your experience at Rho - as with any company. If you're lucky enough to get placed with an experienced PM who's willing to truly mentor you then the world is at your finger tips. If you pull the short straw then your experience will suck at worst, but might be mediocre at best! Overall, Rho hires great employees and there is only a small number of people who don't embody the Rho way.

      Depending on your team assignment, you have to be will liked in order to get a promotion.
