Pros
Management cares and wants best for their team. Decent leads some of the time.
Cons
Ownership does not care about the staff. Unclear and unfair commission structure. No benefits to speak of (gas / mileage not reimbursed, no retirement plan, total BS healthcare option paid by employee and based on their sales, no PTO). Terrible work life balance (6 day work week, evening appointments M-F).
