Honestly none. Was great to learn how awful some companies are

Cons

Everything Dishonest management Will be lied to constantly Lie to customers constantly High pressure sales Only get laid part of commissions If you are owed 10k in commission when you leave you will see none of it Constant turnover because nobody actually makes good money except the psychotic delusional management and even they make less than 80k. Management will absolutely lie to your face. Ask ANY former sales rep and you will hear the truth.

I am truly indebted to RIHI. The owner has been extremely helpful to me and has made working here one of the most pleasant experiences of my career. It is fun, challenging, and very engaging. I look forward to many more years working for RIHI.
