Pros

Enjoyable work experience all around. Team is knowledgeable, managers are helpful and the work is varied. Pay and benefits are solid as well.

Cons

Because the work varies it's not uncommon to come across new issues, so must always be prepared to learn on the job.

Pros

Ridge Care is Senior Care company that puts the care of our senior population at the top of our priorities. Our team members are our priority after our residents. We do as much as possible to make our team members happy and enjoy coming to work. No company is perfect and that includes Ridge Care, but it's as close to perfect as I have ever found and do not want to work anywhere else.

Cons

Sometimes in the past, changes have been made without consulting the people that are actually doing the work; which lead to more work and less focus on the residents.
