Great company to work for. They care about their staff and their residents

Residents and families often find the littlest things to complain about which can make things difficult.

Ridge Care is Senior Care company that puts the care of our senior population at the top of our priorities. Our team members are our priority after our residents. We do as much as possible to make our team members happy and enjoy coming to work. No company is perfect and that includes Ridge Care, but it's as close to perfect as I have ever found and do not want to work anywhere else.

Sometimes in the past, changes have been made without consulting the people that are actually doing the work; which lead to more work and less focus on the residents.
