I miss spending time with many of the residents

Cons

Extremely poor communication between management to staff, staff to staff, etc. and a lot of picking favorites goes on here. They are more concern with the looks of the community than the residents care. I was there only a short period of time but I knew immediately I made the wrong decision.

Pros

Ridge Care is Senior Care company that puts the care of our senior population at the top of our priorities. Our team members are our priority after our residents. We do as much as possible to make our team members happy and enjoy coming to work. No company is perfect and that includes Ridge Care, but it's as close to perfect as I have ever found and do not want to work anywhere else.

Cons

Sometimes in the past, changes have been made without consulting the people that are actually doing the work; which lead to more work and less focus on the residents.
