Pros

Everyone means so well in the communities, and all the community-level employees care about the residents.

Cons

Ridge care is clearly a business. Folks at the upper level, especially those in admin, are business people. They are not carers.

Pros

Ridge Care is Senior Care company that puts the care of our senior population at the top of our priorities. Our team members are our priority after our residents. We do as much as possible to make our team members happy and enjoy coming to work. No company is perfect and that includes Ridge Care, but it's as close to perfect as I have ever found and do not want to work anywhere else.

Cons

Sometimes in the past, changes have been made without consulting the people that are actually doing the work; which lead to more work and less focus on the residents.
