Financial difficulties have led to some poor decisions about EHR and a push to see more patient's in the clinics with software that simply doesn't support the work load

This is an organization with good ethics. Unlike large corporate healthcare chains, the management is more human and humane. I appreciate the focus on community outreach and employee well-being, not just on profits.

Cons

Just like any other organization, it has its issues. We don't get enough internal communication about changes and updates.
