Pros

Flexible for people with families. Everyone is supportive with a small town feel. Staff get to know you and your family and when there are activities or things that need to be taken care of management is flexible in getting work done around these life things. CEO is supportive of changing departments to help employees grow and retain them for longer.

Cons

Small town can equal gossip. This is nothing I haven't experienced at other jobs out of this town. If your focused on your work and doing it well then this shouldn't be a problem.

Horrible manager is quick to tell you to grow a pair when patients are abusive and threatening instead of finding a solution to the continuous abuse
