Pros

Flexible working hours, nice relaxed environment and a lot of opportunity to learn.

Cons

The guys that are working in LAX office gets a privileged treatment and they are paid more than double than the same position in other offices, providing the same title/mansions. The development of new products has been announced a long time ago but there is no tangible progress and people are demotivated. In addition to that, we actually received a mail encouraging to put reviews in Glassdoor... pretty sad move.

Pros

The people. So nice, so passionate (albeit in pockets). Benefits! Great insurance and vacation.

Cons

Quite corporate. Rigid structure. There is reluctance to take risks. Difficult to move between projects or roles as a producer.

Pros

Great benefits, pays well, can work on some very interesting problems.

Cons

Work hours are from 10-7 and hardly anyone actually works that, so stuff can move at a snail pace. Getting help from central teams can be painful, especially if they're way off hours. Some of the culture can get a bit overwhelming too and you can end up feeling pretty lonely if you don't drink the koolaid.
