Pros
Everyone I meet in HR was really nice!
Cons
I worked here for less than a week before I quit. Yes, you read that right. I used to think I had previously worked at toxic places, but this place takes the cake. The way I was spoken to and treated while working here was not right. I was visibly very sick and could not think straight, but this didn’t stop them from being mean. I was so sick I introduced myself as my husband one night after work, but at work they were so upset I didn’t know how to do certain things. Fyi I did know how to do things I was too sick to think clearly! Anyone who had eyes could see I was not okay. This place gave off all the middle school vibes with mean girls, gossip and cliques. I made a comment about the new line to a coworker and apparently everyone was talking about it negatively later, but no one was talking about another coworker was sharing her sex life during work. I tried to do a project in the worst manner possible so I could fired (I’ve never been fired before), but I decided after I submitted it that I couldn’t handle the treatment and environment I was experiencing so I quit the next morning. I now have the same job title making the same and no one complains about my work skills or ethic, in fact I get praised on that often, so I know I was not the problem. I had to go to therapy after this job from the treatment I received in that one week. Your mental health should always come first and the best thing I did was quit within a week. Toxic work environments should not exist. To HR (who are very nice people) you may want to share some videos of how a workplace should be, because what I experienced was not right.
