Pros

Some good people work there and some affordable surfing equipment.

Cons

They rarely give you the resources you need to do your job and then expect unrealistic results. They can treat you poorly and they don't appreciate hard work. No bonuses or extra compensation. I got one raise in five years and they made quite a bit of money off of my work. I thought I could stick it out and make a difference. Lesson learned.

Pros

People think you work for some really cool company, but really the company just seems cool from the outside.

Cons

So many to list. The facility is falling apart, health benefits and 401k are so bad that they shouldn't even offer them, everything they use is very very old. They barely know how to use Google Services. The chairs are very old and broken. The lights are super dim that it hurts your eyes. You have to work long hours. You have to be chained to your desk all day and most people don't even leave for lunch. They just copy and paste everything they did last year and they've been doing that for a very long time... Upper management is weak and incompetent of their job. Company is pretty much run by one person who is an absolute micromanager, so it takes forever to get things approved and you have to wait for him at the last minute. And he will most likely make you change everything. They talk about doing new things, but it never happens. Lots of talk... no action. This company does not meet their "Culture Values" and most people don't even surf because you can't leave the office.
