Pros

Health insurance. That's the only pro but they wanted 5 words.

Cons

HR is complicit in allowing sociopathic managers to continue to abuse employees, more than a year after it's been brought to their attention.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. Mentorship, development and learning are an important part of the Ripple experience, and cultivating that growth is a role our people managers and People team do not take lightly - it’s disappointing to hear your experience didn’t reflect this or match those expectations. Feel free to reach out to me directly with any specifics and I’d be happy to look into it. We take this very seriously, and as the leader of our People team, I take it to heart. I appreciate the feedback and wish you the best moving forward.

Pros

Good benefits keep people around, many of the folks below the useless L2 middle management layer (though neutered) are very smart and driven, often more qualified than their executive counterparts.

Cons

Nepotism is causing Ripple to fumble the biggest bag in history. The “friends of Brad” or “FOBs” as they’re referred to by the general employee population, need to go, and be replaced with competent subject matter experts in their respective fields. Everybody has the power to say no, nobody has the power to say yes. You will likely have more experience in your field than your executive business leader.
