Pros

- Comp is decent - Product is nice to sell and has potential to grow - If the success outlook is real it could be an opportunity to build a career but you'll have to deal with a huge amount of negatives before this success is felt in years to come.

Cons

- It's normal to see 1 SDR leave every other week. If you ask them why, it's down to stress, culture and management. Top performers leave too, not just those who are struggling with quota. - No pension contribution - Standardization of strategy ( US strat for EMEA) - No culture worth mentioning - Performance plans is the norm after 1 month of not hitting. - Top performing Outbound SDRs succeed from Inbounds and it's brushed under the carpet. - Only 1 SDR has been promoted to AE

- Product Market Fit - Most clients in the SMB/MM range find Rippling to be a helpful platform - Most teams, managers, and colleagues are good people who are ready to help - Opportunities to progress your career

Cons

- It's intense and the fastest place I've ever worked at. Rippling won't help you manage your burn out so if you can't handle it, you likely won't last very long - Big brother like office attendance tracking - Benefits (no 401k match) and pay are average
