Riptide fosters a supportive culture with a ton of truly competitive benefits. Software engineers have a ton of learning and growth opportunities within a tightly-knit community and support structure. The open-door policy and the fact that executives are always open to speaking and listening to your ideas is a plus in itself. Company events happen a few times a year that helps bring everyone together from different parts of the organization. You will learn a lot here.

Cons

No cons - there were some discrepancies with the performance review structure but the executive team is addressing it quickly.

Easygoing, work isn’t too difficult, pay was great, excellent benefits

Cons

There was a massive gap in communication during my time there. Many times I would get lock out of the office after being away on work trips. My manager would rarely assist in time and blame me. They also pushed out everyone I knew after I left so maybe there was a restructuring.
