Great work environment. They make sure to make the best experience for every employee.

No cons I can point out

excellent benefits. a lot of sick leave. vacation was standard 2 weeks/year. great position if you're starting out your career in biology. flexible schedule and occasional WFH was acceptable. really meaningful work.

it was growing fast while i was there and at times i felt under-valued and stressed out by the workload. a lot of travel was expected, and it can lead to burn out. promotions and moving up felt unattainable.
