Career advancement did not really exist. Individuals would just end up with director titles without any process. The company seems to be reactive instead of proactive, fixing issues AFTER people leave. The equipment from initial appearance is the most up to date equipment, unfortunately you may not start with that equipment. You will get the old equipment that nobody wants anymore. There are not any performance reviews, in my time there I didn't have any. There isnt a dedicated HR person, so there isnt any one to voice concerns to in confidence.
