Pros

Fully remote work environment, which is genuinely the only major benefit worth mentioning.

Cons

Culture is a message, not a reality Leadership talks constantly about transparency and putting employees first Internally, there's a real disconnect between that messaging and how people are actually treated Concerns about workload, growth, and burnout are acknowledged in words and ignored in practice Constant restructuring, no stability Teams get merged or reshuffled with no warning or input from the people affected You can be hired for one role and end up doing an entirely different job within months Expectations climb steadily while pay and recognition stay flat More work, no added support When people quit, the company doesn't backfill — it redistributes their work onto whoever's left Remaining employees absorb more accounts and responsibility with zero added support The unspoken policy is "figure it out yourself" Leadership disconnect Decisions are made with little understanding of what teams actually deal with day to day Business optics are consistently prioritized over employee wellbeing Favoritism and inconsistent treatment Recognition, flexibility, and opportunities often come down to who you know, not what you contribute This breeds resentment and kills morale No real career growth Employees are expected to take on more responsibility constantly No real mentorship, no defined advancement path, no clarity on how to get ahead High turnover, treated as a non-event People quietly disappear from the org chart with minimal explanation Everyone else is left wondering if they're next, while picking up the slack Events don't replace real culture Occasional "wellness initiatives" or events aren't a substitute for fair pay, sane workloads, and real communication This company optimizes for the appearance of culture, not the substance of it
