First off micromanage is is an understatement... Some “sales coaches” are referred to as commanders, others are laid back and great managers that’s as far as I would go, I would not call them “sales coaches” most of not all of them just fell into the position, not much management training! It really is a bunch of frat boys running around playing corn hole. The people that work hard hit quote in a week get put on probation because of the commander. The hard workers are put under a microscope and if they even breath the wrong way the commander will take note of it (even down to the very minute).
ALSO if you are germaphobic DO NOT WORK HERE! They have a mandatory 3:30pm pound/handshake.
One more thing there is a very high turnover rate due to the micromanagement
