Please note, RoadRunner takes great pride in providing a clear, honest, transparent, recruiting/interview/hiring process for ALL candidates. In addition, RoadRunner has always clearly defined the sales commission structures in each and every sales offer letter, which remains constant.
RoadRunner's mission remains constant as well, which is to create unprecedented value for our customers, employees, and communities by providing technology through a powerful urban logistics engine to recycle more - as safely, efficiently, and environmentally friendly as possible.
The year 2020 has yielded the highest employee retention and lowest employee churn for RoadRunner since relocating to Pittsburgh.
RoadRunner continues to put diversity and inclusion at the forefront of the business model, resulting in an increase in diverse hires every year since inception. In addition, RoadRunner has an active Diversity Committee that was formed back in 2018.
As discussed during new hire orientation, RoadRunner strongly encourages anonymous feedback from all employees who want their voices to be heard regarding any issue inside of the workplace.
